Tony was one of the founding team members of Edengene. He has extensive experience in developing growth options and strategies, and in conceiving and implementing new customer propositions, business ventures, products and services.

He is the co-author of Edengene’s Business Model Accelerator, a strategic methodology that enables companies to envision and implement new business models to tackle market challenges and opportunities.

Tony’s experience spans multiple sectors, and he has specific expertise in financial services, insurance and charities. His clients have included RBS, Allianz, BT, Santander, Standard Life, Electric Ireland, Rentokil Initial, Lloyds Banking Group and Leonard Cheshire Disability.

In recent years Tony has worked extensively with charities to transform their businesses and introduce new propositions that respond to the emerging needs of charity customers. His work has resulted in charities securing new funds to launch new customer services, including a major sports disability proposition. Other recent work includes development and implementation of a market leading wealth management proposition for a major financial institution.

Tony has a strong mix of consulting and industry skills gained from Edengene and Marketing and Strategy Practice at PA Consulting, as well as from a European business development role at Lloyd's of London. He holds an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management and a BSc Management Science from the University of St. Andrews.
