Michelle is a brand and marketing expert with extensive consulting and industry experience. Her skills lie in leveraging deep market and customer insight to develop brand strategies, customer propositions and innovation portfolios.

Throughout her career, Michelle has tackled a wide range of strategic opportunities and issues. Recent accomplishments include developing innovation portfolios for an OTC brand, creating a new dairy proposition for the German children’s market, repositioning a major FMCG company’s six icon brands, and envisioning future technologies for an online retailer.

In her work with Edengene, Michelle has led numerous strategy and innovation assignments, including launching a new financial services distribution brand, developing disruptive business models and

market entry strategies for a major FMCG company, and establishing a growth strategy for a leading European FMCG company to strengthen its category leadership.

Prior to working with Edengene, Michelle held senior brand and marketing positions with leading brand agency Big Green Door, Ogilvy and Mather and Hilton International.

Michelle holds a BA in Economics from Wellesley College and an MBA from London Business School.
