Jerome Norris


Jerome is a customer research and insight specialist, with nearly 20 years experience.

During this time he has conducted a wide range of qualitative and quantitative studies exploring public, consumer and business perspectives and priorities. Jerome’s particular strength is uncovering and interpreting the needs of diverse audiences and stakeholder groups, identifying action areas and evaluating the options for driving innovation from a customer perspective.

He has wide experience of using qualitative research to develop deep customer insight for use in branding, new proposition development and customer experience design. With Edengene, Jerome conducts customer research and focus groups, customer co-creation sessions, and accelerated innovation challenges. In addition, he is a qualified futures practitioner.

Prior to working with Edengene, Jerome was Head of Qualitative Research at Harris Interactive.
