Jennifer is an experienced strategy adviser with deep expertise in open innovation methodologies. She has worked with large corporate clients, SMEs and third sector organisations on how to engage employees, experts and customers in the innovation process and to build ongoing communities for innovation. She brings a wealth of experience in designing open innovation schemes to meet client objectives.

When working with clients, Jennifer is able to tailor schemes to strategic and operational objectives drawing from her broad experience in growth strategy and operational excellence engagements. Example of her advisory work in open innovation include developing a customer community for brand engagement and customer insight, loyalty and co-creation for an energy supply

company, creating the methodology for a network of private and public organisations collaborate to identify, develop and implement experiments for materials management in Belgium and in the long term bring them to scale, and a range of expert-based crowdsourcing assignments for the energy supply, oil and gas and telecoms industries to source and develop new ideas as well as new delivery partners and specialty expertise.

Prior to working with Edengene, Jennifer worked with i-propeller, a social innovation consultancy based in Brussels. She holds a BSEng in Chemical Engineering and BA in History of Art from the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA from London Business School.
