Boots’ strategic review had identified the need to re-focus on the core pharmacy business, growing it into a £1.2bn business segment driven by prescription volumes despite its inherent location disadvantage.

Edengene worked with Boots to identify high-value customer segments, adjacent markets, new distribution channels and ways of exploiting ETP (‘Electronic Transmission of Prescriptions’).
